Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and uninstalled

Be in original packaging

Include all parts, manuals, and accessories

Be in resalable condition
Returns that arrive used, incomplete, or damaged may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
Proof of purchase is required.
RC Airplanes, Kits, and Airframes
RC aircraft kits, ARF models, and airframes must meet the following requirements to qualify for return:

The aircraft must be unassembled

All factory packaging must be intact
-
All parts must be unused and unopened
Once assembly has started, the item is no longer eligible for return.
RC aircraft that show signs of:

glue
-
assembly
-
fuel residue
-
flight attempts
-
modification
cannot be returned.
Electronics (Servos, ESCs, Receivers, Gyros, etc.)
Electronic components may be returned only if they are:
-
Unused
-
Not installed
-
In original packaging
Electronics that have been:
-
soldered
-
installed in a model
-
modified
are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective.
Defective electronics may be handled through manufacturer warranty service when applicable.
Batteries
For safety reasons, lithium batteries cannot be returned once they have been charged or used.
Unused batteries in original packaging may be returned if they have not been connected, charged, or installed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product you received
- Photos of the shipping box (if damage occurred)

Oversized Aircraft Returns
Large RC aircraft and oversized packages require prior return authorization.
Returns for oversized RC aircraft require prior authorization. Please contact sales@gator-rc.com before returning these items so we can provide return instructions and help minimize shipping costs.
Unauthorized returns of oversized aircraft may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for large RC aircraft boxes.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Returns may be subject to a 10–15% restocking fee, particularly for:

Large RC aircraft
-
Oversized packages
- Opened packaging
Restocking fees help cover inspection, repackaging, and carrier costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Assembled or flown RC aircraft
-
Items showing fuel residue or installation marks
-
Charged or used batteries
-
Installed electronics
-
Clearance or final sale items
-
Custom or special-order products
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Please return per the instructions above and place a new order. We don't do exchanges.
