Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s real-time rates, package weight, and destination.

Oversized Package Notice
Some RC aircraft and large items require oversized shipping cartons. Carriers may apply dimensional weight or oversized package surcharges. These charges are calculated automatically at checkout when applicable.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos if damage occurred.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain oversized RC aircraft or large items may require special shipping methods or additional charges due to package dimensions.
If additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you before shipping the order.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Package Marked as Delivered
If a tracking number shows that a package was delivered by the carrier, but you cannot locate it:

Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.

Verify the shipping address used for the order.

Contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at sales@gator-rc.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us as undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for:

Original outbound shipping costs

Any carrier return fees
These costs may be deducted from the refund once the package is returned to us.
