Reliable Fuel Delivery for Gas RC Models

The Gator RC Square Fuel Tank Series is designed for dependable fuel flow and durability in gas-powered RC airplanes. Built with a high-strength plastic body and metal fittings throughout, these tanks are engineered to handle vibration, pressure, and real-world flying conditions without leaks or failure.

Available Sizes

  • 260ml (8.8 oz): Compact setups and small gas models
  • 360ml (12 oz): Light sport and mid-size builds
  • 500ml (17 oz): Standard sport and general use
  • 700ml (23.6 oz): Larger models and extended run times
  • 1000ml (33.8 oz): Giant scale and high fuel demand setups

Key Features

  • Square Tank Design: Traditional shape for secure mounting in most fuselages
  • High Strength Construction: Durable plastic body resists cracking and deformation
  • Leak-Resistant Design: Built for strong sealing under vibration and movement
  • Metal Fittings: Fuel inlet, outlet, and cap components are all metal
  • Impact Resistant: Designed to handle shake, vibration, and rough landings

Specifications

  • Material: Durable plastic
  • Fittings: Metal (fuel inlet / outlet / cap)
  • Fuel System: Standard clunk-style pickup (varies by configuration)
  • Seal Design: Tight sealing to reduce leakage during operation

Fuel Compatibility

Designed for gasoline RC engines and commonly used in RC airplanes requiring reliable, sealed fuel systems.

These tanks can also be used with nitro fuel, provided all tubing is replaced with nitro-compatible tubing before use. The O-ring is made of Viton, which is compatible with both gasoline and alcohol.

What’s Included

  • 1 × Square RC Fuel Tank (selected size)

Compatibility

Ideal for RC airplanes, gas-powered models, and builders who prefer a traditional square tank for easier mounting and alignment inside the fuselage.

Modeler’s Tip: Square tanks are easier to secure with foam or mounting trays. Always ensure proper venting and allow the clunk to move freely for consistent fuel delivery.
