The Futaba S-A501 is a high-voltage digital airplane servo developed for approximately 30cc-class RC aircraft. Its powerful coreless motor, metal gear train, aluminum center case, and bearing-supported output provide the strength and consistent control needed for sport, scale, and aerobatic airplanes.
The S-A501 supports conventional PWM operation along with Futaba S.BUS and S.BUS2 systems. Compatible servo parameters can be programmed using supported Futaba transmitters or programming equipment. At 7.4 volts, it produces 233.4 oz-in (16.8 kgf-cm) of torque with a transit speed of 0.11 second per 60 degrees.
