Each adjuster incorporates a compact radial ball bearing at the control-arm connection, allowing the linkage to pivot freely while maintaining accurate control surface tracking under continuous flight loads.
The solid unthreaded link shank is designed to be custom drilled and tapped to accept common 4-40 or M3 threaded pushrods and turnbuckles on your workbench. These premium metal links are an excellent choice for aileron, elevator, and rudder linkages, pairing cleanly with high-performance hardware including Secraft Aluminum Servo Arms.
⚠ Critical Mechanical Installation Requirements:
- Bearing Orientation: When using these adjusters, the bearings must face the top.
- Screw Placement: The head of the 2mm (M2) screw goes directly up against the center inner ring of the bearing.
- Plastic Spacer Sandwich: You must place a small plastic washer or spacer sandwiched directly between the bearing face and the servo arm. This is very important to allow the outer bearing race to spin cleanly without binding against the flat arm metal.

💡 Workbench Sizing Guide
- To thread the link shank, clamp it securely in a bench vise using soft jaws. Carefully drill out the core using a #43 bit for 4-40 threads, or a 2.5mm bit for M3 threads, then run your tap slowly into the hole.
- Check full servo travel on your workbench, and verify that the bearing links do not hit mechanical over-travel limits or strike adjacent control bay formers.
