When plumbing this filter into your system, mount it halfway between your fuel tank and the carburetor inlet for easy visual monitoring. To clean the sintered bronze insert, simply drop the body open, wash it with clean gasoline or brake cleaner, and blow it dry before snapping the O-ring housing back together.
