JP Hobby ME-Retract Multifunction Controller with Brake and Gyroscope
The JP Hobby ME-Retract Multifunction Controller combines electric-retract sequencing, landing-gear door control, electronic wheel-brake control, and nose-wheel gyroscope stabilization in one compact module.
Designed for compatible JP Hobby electric retract systems, the controller automatically recognizes the connected landing gear and supports one-, two-, or three-retract installations. Three independently configurable gear-door channels allow the door positions and servo directions to be adjusted for different aircraft installations.
V1: The landing-gear doors remain open while the gear is extended.
V2: The landing-gear doors close after the gear has extended.

Brake and Gyroscope Operation
The controller connects to the receiver’s rudder, retract, and two-position switch channels. Its gyroscope acts on the nose-wheel steering servo to help keep the aircraft tracking straight during braking and ground operation.
When the landing gear retracts, the gyroscope and nose-wheel steering servo become inactive. The brake output operates at 0% or 100%; braking force is not proportionally adjustable through this controller.
