Gator RC Extra Large Nylon Pin Hinges are designed for giant scale and large RC aircraft where maximum hinge surface area is desired without excessive hinge thickness. The 27mm × 36mm footprint provides excellent bonding strength while the slim 0.7mm hinge leaves allow easier installation into wood and composite control surfaces.
Each hinge features a permanently retained hinge pin for smooth, dependable operation and multiple molded glue holes that create a strong mechanical bond with CA, epoxy, or other suitable RC adhesives.
The large bonding area makes these hinges ideal for oversized elevators, rudders, ailerons, flaps, and other heavily loaded control surfaces found on giant-scale aircraft.
