Before Ordering

Verify both the spinner diameter and required prop-nut thread before ordering. The supplied prop nut varies according to the selected spinner size.

  • 2.75, 3.00, and 3.25-inch spinners include a 1/4"-28 prop nut.
  • 3.50 and 4.00-inch spinners include a 5/16"-24 prop nut.
  • The 4.50-inch spinner includes a 10 mm x 1.25 prop nut.

Certain engines, including some Saito engines, may require a shaft bushing that is larger than the prop nut. A different prop nut or special bushing may need to be purchased separately depending on your engine and propeller installation.

Selecting the Correct Spinner

  1. Measure the required spinner diameter at the aircraft's cowling.
  2. Confirm that the spinner is intended for a 2-blade propeller.
  3. Verify your engine or motor shaft thread.
  4. Compare the required thread with the prop nut supplied for the selected variant.
  5. Confirm adequate clearance between the propeller blades and spinner openings before operation.

Spinner size refers to the outside diameter. Always verify your aircraft, propeller, engine, and shaft requirements before installation.
