Secraft V1 Aluminum Servo Arm – 1.25", Futaba 25T

The Secraft V1 Aluminum Servo Arm provides a rigid, lightweight connection for RC airplane control linkages. Made from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, this red arm measures 1.25" (31.75mm) and accommodates 4-40 linkage hardware.

🚀 Target Applications / Ideal For:

  • Precision RC airplane control surface linkages demanding slop-free geometry
  • High-load mini or standard servo bays where carbon or plastic arms could flex under torque loads
⚠ Sizing & Compatibility Notice: For compatible Futaba, KingMax, Savox, and MKS servos with a Futaba-style 25-tooth output spline. Verify your specific servo's spline before ordering. Brand name alone does not confirm fit.

Key Features

  • 6061-T6 Aluminum Construction: Machined from premium structural alloy to resist twisting and deflection under continuous control loads.
  • Futaba-Style 25-Tooth Spline: Precision engineered to provide a secure, non-slip mating lock over standard 25T output shafts.
  • Lightweight Single-Arm Profile: Tips the scales at a nominal 0.074 oz (2.1g) to minimize excessive weight in your radio bays.
  • Anodized Red Finish: Protective hard-anodization shield guards raw aluminum faces against workbench corrosion and atmospheric weathering.
  • 4-40 Hardware Ready: Machined to properly accept and anchor standard 4-40 linkage rod ends and ball joints.

💡 Modeler's Installation and Setup Guide

Follow your aircraft manufacturer's control linkage recommendations. Center your servo electronically using your radio system or dedicated programmer before threading the arm onto the output spline. Slide the aluminum arm squarely into position and anchor it tightly using your factory servo shaft bolt. Always use an appropriate thread-locking compound on metal-to-metal screws to protect linkages against mechanical engine vibration.
