How to Select the Correct Size
The first measurement indicates the bolt’s metric thread diameter. The second measurement indicates the bolt length:
- M2.6 × 6mm: 2.6mm thread diameter and 6mm length
- M2.6 × 8mm: 2.6mm thread diameter and 8mm length
- M3 × 6mm: 3mm thread diameter and 6mm length
- M3 × 8mm: 3mm thread diameter and 8mm length
When replacing an existing bolt, match both measurements. A bolt with the correct diameter but excessive length could bottom out or interfere with the servo or mounting structure.
