Secraft Servo Arm 18mm (0.71") V2 M2 – Futaba 25T (Red)
The Secraft 18mm V2 Servo Arm is a precision-machined, heavy-duty aluminum servo arm designed for pilots who need a tight, rigid, and accurate control connection. Machined from 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, this arm offers excellent strength, rigidity, and precision compared to standard plastic servo horns.
The V2 design clamps around the servo output shaft to help compensate for slight inconsistencies in output shaft sizing. This creates a snug spline fit with minimal play, helping maintain precise linkage geometry and consistent control response.
🚀 Target Applications:
- High-performance RC aerobatic and sport airplanes requiring zero-flex tracking
- Performance RC helicopters and precise scale model configurations
- Control surface configurations requiring high mechanical advantage at a tight 18mm setup radius
Why Choose the Secraft V2 Servo Arm?
The Secraft V2 Servo Arm is built for a secure, precise connection between your servo and control linkage. Its clamping design helps reduce play at the spline, while the 6061-T6 aluminum construction provides the strength and rigidity needed for demanding RC aircraft applications. For pilots looking for tighter linkage geometry and more reliable control response, the V2 design is a strong upgrade over standard plastic servo horns.
Key Features
- 6061-T6 Aluminum Core: CNC machine-milled from top-grade aircraft aluminum alloy to eliminate the sloppy tracking flex typical of stock nylon servo horns.
- Play-Compensating Clamping V2 Logic: Integrated side clamp arrangement compresses around the spline to absorb minor shaft size inconsistencies, locking down tight.
- Compact 18mm Sizing: Shorter 0.71-inch control radius maximizes your digital servo's holding torque and resolution transitions.
- Universal 25T Spline Track: Engineered for a perfect, play-free mechanical slide-fit over standard 25-tooth output splines across multiple servo brands.
- Corrosion-Proof Shell: Shipped with a brilliant, highly durable red anodized finish that shields raw alloy surfaces against fuel and moisture residues.
- Remover Tool Compatible: This exact V2 profile can be cleanly uninstalled without shaft scratching using the full-address Secraft Servo Arm Remover Tool.

💡 Modeler’s Tips & Workbench Assembly
For the easiest installation, complete your servo arm fitting outside the aircraft on a flat, stable surface. If needed, you can place a small drop of light oil inside the servo arm spline hole to help guide the metal teeth into place—just be absolutely careful not to get oil into the central servo screw hole, as oil will prevent thread-locking compounds from working. Install your linkage ball link on the underside of the servo arm face whenever possible to maintain ideal geometry and shield the bearing tower from side-loads. Always use a high-quality thread-locking compound on all metal fasteners.
